The Gallery

Client

The Gallery is a five-story building located on the Third Street Promenade, a pedestrian mall esplanade. This project involved the complete renovation of the building including a seismic upgrade of the structure, conversion of the 5th floor to a new creative office space, the tenant improvement of a two-floor language school, and shell and core renovation of the 1st and 2nd floor into a chef-curated food hall.
