RCS-CM provided construction management services for the entire 805 key hotel which included a complete guest-room renovation, new fitness center and renovation of the existing rooftop pool and gazebo to include a new kitchen and bar for poolside dining.

RCS-CM is providing construction management support for the elevator modernization, coordinated with contracted HVAC vendor and building engineers to develop the implementation plan for conversion of applicable systems, complete guest room renovation, replacement of all exterior windows, and common area improvements.
