Working with world-renowned Relativity Architects and interior designer Willo Perron of
Perron-Roettinger, our team supported this project from inception to handover.
The space, a loft located near the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles, aims to create a space to foster collaboration and open dialogue. With the showroom for guests in the center of the building, and employee collaboration and workspaces on either side, guests can hear employees because the walls do not meet the ceiling intentionally. The entire studio space is approximately 10,000 sq ft.
