The team provided construction management services for the renovation of both landside and airside components included in Delta Air Lines’ Terminal 5 leasehold.
Projects for Terminal 5 included a complete renovation of the ticketing hall, addition of a five-stop service elevator, renovation of all public and back of house restrooms, and ACAMS installation to create the new SIDA line.

LAX Terminals 7 & 8

The team members supported with the renovation of Terminals 7 and 8 which included all passenger-facing components of the terminals.
The projects included a new ticketing hall, consolidated security checkpoint, and renovation of all hold rooms including passenger loading bridges. Additionally, our team supported the construction of a new building which was built around the existing terminal. This building contained the brand new world-class United Club as well as additional hold rooms.

The team provided project management services as part of the baggage handling enabling phase of the Delta Sky Way project at LAX. Our scope included construction of new temporary baggage claim area and devices and removal of the existing baggage claim devices to facilitate the construction of the new, larger terminal building.
